Gradually cryptocurrency adoption in Africa is taking root at an admirable pace. However, one of the relevant areas that need a big push is the educational sector to accept and understand the relevance of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and smartcash. This is very essential since, that will boost the adoption and offer Africans the freedom and comfort stations to these currencies and Ghana is one of the African countries where cryptocurrency adoption is picking up massively. Therefore the proposal intends to introduce smartcash to secondary schools in Ghana and make a target of 6 secondary schools within a period of 2 month with the development of interest and the acceptance of smartcash by secondary schools, since we need schools to understand the relevance of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and smartcash as a means of payment which is easy, fast and can be processed immediately. For the first time this initiative will be introduce into the country, to introduce smart to secondary schools in Ghana will help expand the smartcash frontier and the increment of smartcash usability in Ghana. This project is aimed at introducing Smartcash to students in the secondary level in Ghana. The reason is to educate them on the importance of youth savings as a means of creating access to and a key link between economic opportunities and outcomes for young people and enabling them to manage emergencies, invest in their education as well as improve their future orientation.

Having successfully completed the phase one of this project in Ghana, covering the northern region of Ghana (Tamale) from late April to late May 2018, I am submitting the second phase of my proposal to cover the next two regions of the country namely: the upper east region and Upper West region.
Works in phase one
First of all I want to say a big thank you to the good members of this community for having funded and assisted our team in many diverse ways in making the first phase of smart for secondary schools successful we say a big thank you to all in my native language; “mpagya”. Cryptocurrency adoption in Africa is taking root at an admirable pace. However, one of the relevant areas that need a big push is the educational sector to accept and understand the relevance of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and smartcash. This is very essential since that will boost the adoption and offer Africans the freedom and comfort stations to these currencies and Ghana is one of the African countries where adoption is picking up massively. Though the first phase of this project has been successfully completed, some interesting observation were made during and after the events of the first phase of the project. These observations have better informed me on how best to get Smartto the masses in Ghana through this project.
We observe most teachers were very interested in knowing more about smartcashand the whole project and the opportunities that comes with holding smartcashafter listening to most of our presentations made to the students and ask the team to come back and have a presentation with the teachers as well. Teachers play a major in the development of every country. But unfortunately in Ghana, teachers are among the least paid. But with this opportunities teachers are willing to take advantage of this because of it speculative nature. The second phase of this project intern to organize workshop to educate and trained teachers to find other source of livelihood and impact this new ideas on their students to use smartto start business after high school whilst promoting it.
We also observe that students forms the major part of the public and because of the continuous increase of graduate unemployment in the country, giving students the urge to leverage available opportunities against the web of unemployment hence student will take keen interest in the speculative returns in smarttowards accumulating capital to start business after school. This project aimed at introducing smartcashto student in the secondary in Ghana. The reason is to educate them on the importance of youth savings as means of creating access to and a key link between economic opportunities and outcomes for young people and enabling them to manage emergencies, invest in their education as well as improve their future orientation. Therefore the proposal intends to introduce smartcash to 6 senior high schools in the upper east and upper west regions and a make a target of 6 schools within a period of two(2) with the development of interest and acceptance of smartcash by high schools ,since we need schools to understand the relevance of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and smartcash.
WHY SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENT
The second cycle institutions are the future of the next generation and therefore needs to be educated on the new evolution and if they understand it very well then the cashless system we are aiming for can be achieve. Also students from senior high schools constitute of people with different culture background and form different palace. So if the student are educated, they can serve as ambassadors in their communities to disseminate the information very fast to their people. Again, students are able to make further research about smart on their own that will help them make decisions on their own in the best interest regarding either speculating for future profits, savings on transactions with smart or understanding smart base projects. Student can easily convince their parents and peers from other schools and communities. When student are on vacations, all friends would be backed home and he share what they have learned and think it would benefit their colleagues.
WHAT WE INTERNT TO DO
My team and I intend to organize a meet up with secondary schools across the two regions, within a period oftwo months to discuss the relevance and uses of the blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and smartcash. The reason being that, until a number of schools start to understand the relevant and importance of smartas the future of money, which will soon replace the fiat currency in the near future as payment for goods and services, that smartcash can now be fully recognize for the purpose of it creation. Also all participants will be trained on the blockchain technology, smartcash, how to download and setup smart wallet, key features of smartcash that makes it unique from any other cryptocurrency in the world, how to purchase smartcashfrom local and international exchanges, and the advantages of using smart for their daily transactions worldwide for the payment goods and services, payment of fees/bills, receiving remittances and many more. Students will therefore be encouraged to use their savings to purchase smart to accumulate capital and wealth using smartcash as store of capital in the long term to realize their entrepreneurial goals. Again we intern to print smart manual guide for beginners in this ecosystem. Workshop for teachers of the selected schools and educate them on smartcash.One on one meeting with principals, headmasters/headmistress and school staffs as well. Last but not the least, radio talk show will be held in each region to create public awareness within the region. Also as part of the project, we aim to Increase the adoption of smart as a means of exchange (transacting businesses) and investment.
STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM
My team and I have visited a number of schools and gave lectures on blockchain, cryptocurrency and smartcash prior to this project. The team will like to achieve the follow;
The aim of this proposal is to set S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely), strategy to attract new adopters (newbie’s), introduce smart to schools and to reach out to a maximum number of people and increase the adoption of smart. The program would last for two months and 6 secondary schools would be tackled at the end of the program. This project will see a meet ups with school staffs and students, one on one interaction with school proprietors/principals on the need to understand the relevance of blockchain and cryptocurrency as the future of money.
