#718 Donation Platform P2P

By SimonE

Donation platform which uses only Smartcash

Donor organizations as we know devour vast amounts of capital due to expensive bureaucracy and corrupt managers. This should not be the case anymore!
My name is Simon, I'm from Germany and I'm a mechanical engineer. I earn my money with project management in the aviation sector as well as with internet marketing.

With the help of Smartcash and its community, I want to develop a donor platform where a donor can be 100% sure that his money will arrive where it should arrive. Namely, the person seeking help.

The platform should resemble a social network where people in need of help from all over the world can sign up. After they have been verified and found to be real people, they can upload videos, photos and texts of themselves and their lives.

Donors can then choose who to send SMARTs via this platform. Peer to peer, always transparently traceable on the Blockchain.

I do not want to give away more, just one more thing: This could be big! For the people in need and for Smartcash.

Yours, Simon

In principle I like the idea Simon; a real use case for Smartcash that should generate media attention. In practice your proposal is sketchy and in particular you haven't detailed exactly how the $5,000 would be spent nor have you included any sort of measurable objectives (S.M.A.R.T Objectives). As things stand it's a 'No' from me, but I would be happy to change that if you put the necessary work into your proposal.

Maybe you could clarify what is different from what we already have with the webwallet. We allow an easy way to donate to any user. Just replace user with the username of the person you want to donate to. It comes up with a qr code and address. https://wallet.smartcash.cc/donate/user And if you already have a webwallet account you can send to another user with their username too.

For a project so complex and important the proposal seems a little too skinny. It would have been interesting to also see some preview screenshots of the platform or at least a schematic of how it could be when ended.

Agree with all of the above. When seeking any funding you need to provide measurable targets and perhaps staged payments. example $ 1000 initially $1000 when you have a "whitepaper"with some detail in in. $2500 after prototype is released in alpha (verifiable code) and $1000 on completion and release.

Software developer from Germany here. To implement the described functionalities within a short time, so let's say within one year, you need about 500 000€.
