#415 TEACHERS FOR SMARTCASH FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM

By adu1983

Summary

Teachers play a major role in the development of every country. In Ghana, out of the over 26million population, about 378,242 are professional teachers who form part of the Middle Class and are very influential in promoting new ideas. Therefore, they are able to disseminate new ideas and explain them better to students and the community at large. After successfully introducing our first project on ‘Teachers for Smartcash to Create Wealth’ to two hundred and forty (240) teachers in five (5) districts out of two hundred and sixteen (216) districts of Ghana, the team observed that about 40% of teachers have heard about cryptocurrency but they can’t differentiate between cryptocurrencies and other online Ponzi schemes; most of them think apart from bitcoin all other coins are scam, they see cryptocurrency as a high-risk investment instead of a currency, other religious fanatics think its signifies the end of the world (666) and most of them don’t know how to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. In view of this, I and my team in collaboration with Teachers for Liberty and Innovative Teachers wish to reach out to one thousand (1,000) teachers in ten (10) regions of Ghana due to the following reasons:- • To equip more Ghanaian teachers with basic knowledge in cryptocurrencies with emphasis on Smartcash to help them nurture their students and the community at large to help expand the Smartcash community in Ghana; • To promote mass adoption and patronage of Smartcash by teachers for financial freedom; • To encourage teachers who are Mobile Money merchants to adopt and trade Smartcash since both digital currencies have some similarities; • To defuse the general public negative perception about cryptocurrencies; and • To make Smartcash tradable currency within Ghana and beyond.

Creo que la libertad financiera no se encuentra en una sola diversificación, de querer educar financieramente serian principios básicos, sobre como generar flujos de efectivo, y como hacer hacer inversiones redituables. Es solo un comentario, éxito con la propuesta.
